Quran verse "O ye who believe, do not you pray, you're drunk, so you understand what you say, (do not also went to the mosque) are you in a state of junub, except just pass it, until you bathe. And if you are sick or on a journey or returning from open defecation, or ye have touched women, then you do not get water, then bertayamumlah you with good soil (holy); rub your faces and hands. Surely Allah is Forgiving, Forgiving. "QS. 4:43

ye who believe, if you want to do the prayer, then wash your faces and
your hands up to the elbows, rub your heads and (wash) your feet to the
ankles, and if you junub then wash, and if you are sick or on the way or
back from the waste water (toilet) or touch the woman, then you do not
get water, then bertayamumlah with good soil (net); rub your faces and
your hands with the land. God does not want to complicate you, but He
wants to cleanse you and perfect His favor unto you, that ye may be
grateful. "QS. 5: 6
